Cold Launcher is a simple, yet revolutionary launcher that can freeze / thaw apps directly to your desktop, it's also the first Android launcher to this functionality to have. After freezing (disabling) apps, they are like but not actually installed, you can thaw them with a single touch! No annoying background begin services or car! It can help save battery life by freezing apps you do not use that often, perfect for people who like to install many apps, but does not want to delay their Android devices because of the background services or auto-start.
