- in order to work on a certain body area , to zoom in on the area of our 3D - model . Tap a muscle that you want to work and a list of thumbnails of all the exercises associated with that muscle will be presented.
- Select an exercise and you will see an animated 3D model performing that exercise . You will also see a written detailed description of how to perform the exercises. Primary and secondary muscles targeted will also be highlighted.
- Add the exercise training.
